Urbanitae at the Paris 2024 Olympics Presentation

We attended the Paris 2024 Olympics presentation this week in Madrid. The 33rd edition of the Olympic Games will be held in France from July 26 to August 11.

As one of the companies supporting the 2024 Olympics, we didn’t want to miss the media presentation of these games, which will be covered throughout Europe by Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) through Max and Eurosport.

As you know, we are a crowdfunding platform different from the others. One of the clearest reasons is our connection to culture and sports. At Urbanitae, we not only aim to offer you unique investment opportunities. We also want to open the door to unique experiences that align with our values.

At Urbanitae, the leading investment platform by funding volume in Spain and Portugal, we take pride in our connection to sports, reflecting the values of effort, discipline, and self-improvement that we share. The Olympic Games are perhaps the best representation of these values.

Our association with initiatives like the Paris 2024 Olympic Games or having the outstanding padel player Tamara Icardo as a brand ambassador underlines our commitment to excellence and perseverance. These values guide us in our mission to offer secure and profitable investment opportunities, helping our investors achieve their financial goals with the same determination that athletes use to achieve their sporting goals.

More than 300 events and 10,500 athletes

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games will feature 329 events in 45 sports disciplines. Over the 18 days of competition, nearly 10,500 athletes from 206 national Olympic committees will participate.

In Spain, media coverage will be provided by Max and Eurosport, offering more than 3,600 hours of broadcast from three television studios: two in Paris and one in Madrid. Additionally, as usual, Televisión Española will offer around 400 hours of the Games on free-to-air television.

During the presentation, the president of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, highlighted the fact that 55% of Spanish athletes are among the top eight in their discipline. We wish them the best of luck!
