We landed in Italy and continue our expansion across Europe!
Since our beginnings in June 2019, we have already financed projects in Spain worth over 240 million euros. This figure represents more than 60% of the volume transacted by crowdfunding in our country, positioning us as the leading platform in the market. Additionally, this same week, we successfully financed our first project in Portugal, the Paulo Duque project located in Lisbon, thanks to 278 investors.
Since starting the internationalization process last December with operations beginning in France and Portugal, we are now focusing on Italy, a market with high growth potential to position ourselves among the top platforms in the short term.
In Italy, our goal is to achieve a volume of 50 million euros in financed projects in the first year of activity. To achieve this, we will have a team led by our Country Manager in Italy, Carlo Magnoni, a professional with over 20 years of experience in investment and real estate development.
