Javier Clemente, new Head of Asset Management at Urbanitae
We are very pleased to announce another addition to the Urbanitae team. Javier Clemente is our new Director of Asset Management!
With a portfolio that already exceeds 150 funded projects, over a hundred of which are still active, it became necessary to strengthen this key area for the monitoring of developments. The arrival of Javier Clemente González, who brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, underscores our commitment to offering individualized and transparent service to our growing community of investors.
In the past year, we at Urbanitae have doubled our team to over 60 professionals, reflecting the company’s accelerated growth rate. This team includes key personnel for Urbanitae’s expansion into new markets such as Portugal, France, and Italy. The addition of Javier Clemente is a strategic step in this phase of expansion and consolidation.
Javier Clemente’s career
Javier Clemente González brings extensive experience in the field of real estate investment and development, having worked with prominent companies such as Adapta Socios and Altamira. His experience spans from planning and development to the execution and delivery of real estate projects, providing him with a comprehensive perspective of the sector. At Urbanitae, his mission will be to lead the management of the assets participated in by the platform, ensuring maximum performance and value for investors.
During his more than eight years at the servicer Altamira, Clemente led a team of 24 coordinators and promotion managers, overseeing the launch and development of 167 projects (both new residential builds and those under construction – WIP) and delivering 5,000 homes.
Before joining Urbanitae, Clemente served as Real Estate Director at Adapta Socios, leading the investment, development, and management of the company’s real estate assets and financial products. His comprehensive approach and negotiation skills with all real estate sector agents were key to adding value both to the company and its clients.
