How does it work?
The process is very simple:
- Share your personal invitation link, available in your Urbanitae profile (under Invite, in the upper-right corner of your private area).
- Your contact registers on Urbanitae through that link.
- When your invitee makes their first investment during the promotion period, both of you will receive double the usual bonus.
The reward will be credited to your Urbanitae wallet, ready to reinvest in new projects.
In short, everyone wins: your contact discovers Urbanitae and gains access to exclusive real estate investment opportunities, and you receive an extra reward for trusting us and helping us grow.
The Urbanitae Referral Program
The referral program is our way of thanking users for their trust and encouraging them to spread the word among their network. Any Urbanitae user can share their personal invitation link with friends and acquaintances so they can register and invest on the platform.
Inviting user: You just need to be registered on Urbanitae and share your link. Once your invitee registers and makes their first investment, both of you will receive the corresponding bonus.
Invited user: Must register using a valid invitation link from an Urbanitae user and make their first investment on the platform.
The reward is split 50/50 between the inviter and the invitee, and depends on the amount of the first investment:
- Investment between €500 and €1,500 → €50 NOW €100
- Investment between €1,510 and €3,000 → €100 NOW €200
- Investment over €3,000 → €150 NOW €300
The bonus will be credited to the Urbanitae wallet within the first ten days of the month following the closing of the project in which the investment was made.
Important: until December 31, these amounts are doubled if the invitee completes their first investment during this period.
The referral program has some limitations: you cannot invite first-degree relatives or legal entities whose administrator is the referring user. In case of doubt, the Urbanitae team will verify that all invitations comply with the program’s terms.
