MyInvestor, the neobank backed by Andbank España, El Corte Inglés Seguros and AXA España, is expanding its product range and, from today, offers its clients the opportunity to participate in real estate crowdfunding. In other words, to invest in the real estate sector from small amounts, following the signing of an agreement with Urbanitae.
In this way, MyInvestor becomes the first neobank in Spain to allow retail clients to finance real estate developments through a crowdfunding platform, expanding its offering as an investment marketplace.
Thanks to this agreement, MyInvestor clients will be able to invest from 500 euros in each project selected by our platform, diversifying their portfolio with an alternative asset such as real estate. Investors will be able to access large-scale residential, commercial and industrial real estate projects, both in debt and equity formats.
The annualised return target — IRR — of each project, which may be contracted directly through the MyInvestor website or app, generally ranges between 12% and 18%, reaching 30% on some occasions over terms of up to 26 months.
Leaders in real estate crowdfunding
As stated by MyInvestor, they have reached this collaboration agreement with Urbanitae because of our professionalism and leadership in the crowdfunding market. A position supported by our figures: we began operating in 2019 and since then have financed 43 projects with a volume of 40 million. Recently, we also closed the largest real estate crowdfunding transaction ever carried out in Spain, worth five million euros and joined by 680 investors.
