We are partnering with Grupo ABU to develop a project of 140 homes in Manilva (Málaga), with large terraces and sea views.

The Chelsea project relied on a capital gains strategy with an expected net gain for investors of 24%, which rose to 28%.

We partnered with the developer to purchase four plots where 66 homes and a large commercial space will be developed.

The project consists of developing 180 rooms and a medium-sized commercial space in Torremolinos, with a preferred return of 18% IRR.

Fifth project with Fenext (formerly Carpio Capital), which has returned two projects with Urbanitae with CoC returns of over 45%.

The Batres project has 50% reservations and a valid building permit. It is promoted by Fenext, a developer with an average IRR of 21% on the platform.

We acquired an office space to transform it into 20 tourist accommodations leased to operator Alma Suites at 7.75% annually.

Allonbay Alba is the third project we've financed with Quadratia, and it has a 32% reservation rate.

It involves the development of a real estate promotion with 104 multi-family homes on the outskirts.
