And there is no limit on invitations. The more friends you invite who make their first investment, the more money you can receive.
How does Urbanitae’s referral programme work?
Taking part is very simple. If you are already registered with Urbanitae, you will find your personal link in your Private Area, within the “Invite” section.
You only need to share it with your friends. When one of them registers through that link and makes their first investment of at least €500, you will both receive money in your Urbanitae wallet, depending on the amount invested.
You do not need to have invested previously in order to invite other users: it is enough to be registered with Urbanitae.
And your friend, in addition to receiving the same amount as you, will be able to start discovering first-hand a simple and 100% online way to participate in real estate projects.
Up to €150 for each of you
During the promotion, we are doubling the usual amounts of the referral programme. The amount you receive depends exclusively on the first investment made by the new user:
- From €500 to €1,500: €50 for each of you.
- More than €1,500 and up to €3,000: €100 for each of you.
- More than €3,000: €150 for each of you.
In other words, you can receive up to €300 between the two of you.
The money is credited to your Urbanitae wallet and you can use it, for example, to continue investing in new projects.
The more friends, the more money
The programme does not set a limit on invitations. You can share your link with as many new users as you want and each friend who registers through it and meets the conditions can generate a new bonus.
So, if several friends were thinking about starting to invest in real estate, you do not have to choose just one: you can bring them all.
The key is that they must be new Urbanitae users and that each of them accesses the platform through your personal invitation link.
What does your friend need to do?
To benefit from the promotion, the new user must:
- Register with Urbanitae using your personal link.
- Make their first investment, for a minimum of €500.
- Make that first investment within the promotion’s validity period.
What matters is the date of the first investment, not the date on which they registered. Therefore, a person may have signed up previously and still benefit from the promotion, provided their registration was made through the referral link and they have not yet invested. The X2 promotion applies to first investments made between 1 October and 31 December 2026, both inclusive.
When will you receive the money?
The corresponding amount is credited to the Urbanitae wallet during the first ten days of the month following the close of the project’s financing in which the new user made their first investment.
For the bonus to be generated, the project must reach its financing target. If it does not, the invested capital is returned and the programme incentive is not generated.
For a limited time only
In 2023, we already temporarily doubled the bonuses of the referral programme, and we repeated the initiative in 2025. On both occasions, the goal was the same: to make it easier for those who already know Urbanitae to share it with the people around them and to give new users an additional incentive to make their first investment.
This year, we are doing it again, but only for a limited period. Until 31 December, bring your friends to Urbanitae and you can each receive up to €150.
