Urbanitae participates in The District 2026 as Global Partner

Urbanitae will take part in The District 2026 as Global Partner, with a presence at stand 6D121 at IFEMA Madrid and four sessions on financing, private debt, hospitality and private capital from 22 to 24 September.

Urbanitae will participate in The District 2026, one of Europe’s leading benchmark events for real estate capital, which this year will be held in Madrid from 22 to 24 September.

In this edition, Urbanitae will be Global Partner of the event and will have a prominent presence both in the exhibition area and in the conference programme. The team will be at Hall 6 of IFEMA Madrid, stand 6D121, where it will welcome investors, developers, funds, operators and sector professionals.

The event represents an opportunity to share our vision of the current moment in real estate, the role of alternative financing and new ways of accessing capital in an increasingly sophisticated market.

The District arrives in Madrid

After its previous editions in Barcelona, The District is moving to Madrid this year, reinforcing the role of the capital as a meeting point for national and international real estate investment.

The event will combine an exhibition area, networking spaces and The District World Summit, the professional congress that brings together international experts and is structured around different sector verticals: residential, hospitality, data centers, offices, healthcare, senior living, student living, retail, industrial and logistics, among others.

For Urbanitae, participating as Global Partner means strengthening our presence in one of the forums where the major trends in real estate investment in Europe are discussed.

Four talks in the conference programme

Urbanitae’s participation will have particular weight in the conference programme, with presence in four sessions focused on financing, private debt, hospitality and private capital.

A presence aligned with Urbanitae’s evolution

Urbanitae’s participation in The District 2026 comes at a time of growth and diversification for the company. In recent years, Urbanitae has consolidated its position as one of the leading real estate investment platforms in Spain and Portugal, while expanding its activity with new lines, structures and types of operations.

Our presence at The District reflects that evolution. The four panels in which we are participating cover some of the areas where the market is changing most rapidly: financing, private debt, institutional investment, hospitality and new models of access to capital.

From 22 to 24 September, we will see you at The District 2026, in Hall 6 of IFEMA Madrid, stand 6D121.
