O espa\u00e7o ser\u00e1 transformado em <strong>33 arrecada\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, das quais 9 j\u00e1 contam com reserva. O promotor assinou um contrato-promessa com os vendedores e as obras poder\u00e3o come\u00e7ar assim que o financiamento seja assinado, uma vez que a licen\u00e7a \u00e9 tramitada atrav\u00e9s de declara\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>A segunda interven\u00e7\u00e3o, <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Turina<\/strong>, encontra-se no bairro de Buenavista, no distrito de Carabanchel, a sudoeste de Madrid. O espa\u00e7o ser\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m transformado em <strong>33 arrecada\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, das quais 7 j\u00e1 foram reservadas. Tal como em Torres de Lucero, as obras poder\u00e3o iniciar-se ap\u00f3s a obten\u00e7\u00e3o do financiamento, uma vez que a licen\u00e7a \u00e9 tramitada atrav\u00e9s de declara\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>A terceira interven\u00e7\u00e3o situa-se na <strong>calle Salcillo 7<\/strong>, em M\u00f3stoles. Neste caso, o projeto consiste na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de um espa\u00e7o comercial em <strong>dois apartamentos<\/strong>.
