O hotel, constru\u00eddo em 2010 e renovado e ampliado em 2021, disp\u00f5e de 140 quartos e \u00e9 operado pelo Grupo Barcel\u00f3 sob a marca Occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ativo encontra-se em primeira linha de mar, sobre uma fal\u00e9sia com vista para o oceano e para a ilha de Tenerife, no entorno do parque natural de Tamadaba. Al\u00e9m disso, disp\u00f5e de restaurantes, bar, spa, piscina, centro de eventos e estacionamento subterr\u00e2neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvida com juro anual de 14%<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto foi estruturado como um empr\u00e9stimo a taxa fixa, com um juro anual acordado de <strong>14%<\/strong> e um prazo estimado de <strong>22 meses<\/strong>.
