Os investidores da Urbanitae aportar\u00e3o <strong>2.000.000 euros<\/strong> via aumento de capital.<\/p><p>O promotor coinvestir\u00e1 <strong>875.000 euros<\/strong> de capital pr\u00f3prio, garantindo alinhamento de interesses. O financiamento da obra ser\u00e1 executado atrav\u00e9s de financiamento alternativo, com propostas j\u00e1 recebidas de duas entidades especializadas.<\/p><p>Define-se uma estrutura de reparti\u00e7\u00e3o com <strong>retorno preferencial de 17% TIR para os investidores da Urbanitae<\/strong>.
