O edif\u00edcio j\u00e1 foi <strong>adquirido pelo promotor<\/strong>, est\u00e1 livre de \u00f4nus e possui <strong>todas as licen\u00e7as e permiss\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias<\/strong> para iniciar a obra. O <strong>primeiro pagamento<\/strong>, equivalente a <strong>40% do pre\u00e7o<\/strong>, j\u00e1 foi efetuado e est\u00e1 depositado em uma <strong>conta garantida pelo banco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nosso empr\u00e9stimo fornecer\u00e1 liquidez ao promotor para avan\u00e7ar a obra mantendo <strong>todas as garantias do contrato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rentabilidade de 9,75% em 12 meses<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Os investidores participar\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da <strong>concess\u00e3o de um empr\u00e9stimo a taxa fixa<\/strong> de at\u00e9 <strong>3.470.000 euros<\/strong>, estruturado em uma \u00fanica tranche.
