Este \u00e9 o caso de <strong>The Collection<\/strong>, um desenvolvimento de cinco villas de luxo na \u00e1rea de <strong>Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n<\/strong>, financiado no in\u00edcio de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo inicial do projeto era <strong>desenvolver cinco villas de alto padr\u00e3o<\/strong> em uma das \u00e1reas mais exclusivas de Marbella. A promo\u00e7\u00e3o, gerida pela Inversiones Reygonza (RGZ), oferecia um produto singular e um mercado-alvo s\u00f3lido em uma localiza\u00e7\u00e3o com forte demanda por im\u00f3veis de alto padr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os prazos estimados no plano original indicavam uma <strong>dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 38 meses<\/strong> e uma <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/pt-pt\/2024\/02\/18\/como-medir-a-rentabilidade-dos-seus-investimentos\/?utm_source=blog_pt&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1125&#038;utm_term=rentabilidade&#038;utm_content=pt_devolucion_proyecto_the_collection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rentabilidade<\/a> anualizada alvo de 22,4% TIR<\/strong>.
