A concess\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para o final de 2025 ou in\u00edcio de 2026.<\/p><p>As <strong>contribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos investidores da Urbanitae<\/strong> servir\u00e3o para financiar a compra do terreno e os custos iniciais. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 financiada atrav\u00e9s de um <strong>empr\u00e9stimo ao promotor em negocia\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada com<\/strong> uma entidade banc\u00e1ria de primeiro n\u00edvel.<\/p><p>Atualmente, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>j\u00e1 conta com reservas pagas em 42 das 56 habita\u00e7\u00f5es (75%)<\/strong>, refletindo uma forte aceita\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.
