O financiamento ser\u00e1 aberto <strong>quarta-feira, 22 de outubro \u00e0s 16:00 (UTC+2).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>ter\u00e7a-feira, 21 de outubro \u00e0s 16:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong> realizaremos um <strong>webinar informativo<\/strong> com Sergio Beltr\u00e1n Chabrera, diretor-geral da Sebeco, gestor do projeto.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">67 resid\u00eancias em 4 andares<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/pt-pt\/2023\/12\/10\/projetos-de-equity-ou-de-divida-sao-mais-seguros\/?utm_source=blog_pt&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1025&amp;utm_term=empr\u00e9stimo&amp;utm_content=pt_proyecto_el_desert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">empr\u00e9stimo<\/a> financiar\u00e1 parte do pre\u00e7o de compra e dos custos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do terreno, al\u00e9m das despesas derivadas do financiamento estruturado pela Urbanitae.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O reembolso ocorrer\u00e1 quando for formalizado o <strong>empr\u00e9stimo promotor<\/strong> com uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, ap\u00f3s atingidos os marcos de <strong>obten\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a de obras<\/strong> e <strong>pr\u00e9-vendas suficientes<\/strong>. Alternativamente, o reembolso poder\u00e1 ser feito mediante a entrada de um investidor parceiro no capital do projeto.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O terreno possui <strong>divis\u00e3o horizontal j\u00e1 registrada<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 revogada e unificada ap\u00f3s a compra.
