O financiamento abrir\u00e1 na <strong>quarta-feira, 17 de setembro, \u00e0s 12h00 (UTC+2), com um ticket m\u00e1ximo de 1.000 euros por investidor<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24% de rentabilidade total<\/h2><p>Os investidores participar\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da concess\u00e3o de um <strong>empr\u00e9stimo a taxa fixa de 12% ao ano<\/strong> durante um prazo estimado de <strong>24 meses<\/strong>. O retorno m\u00ednimo garantido \u00e9 de seis meses de juros, e o reembolso do capital e dos juros ser\u00e1 efetuado no vencimento.<\/p><p>O montante total do empr\u00e9stimo \u00e9 de <strong>740.000 euros<\/strong> numa \u00fanica tranche.
