O r\u00e9s-do-ch\u00e3o contar\u00e1 com zonas comuns como <strong>gin\u00e1sio, estacionamento para bicicletas e \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong>, al\u00e9m das arrecada\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Tetu\u00e1n \u00e9 um bairro central e multicultural de Madrid, com <strong>excelentes liga\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte<\/strong>, pr\u00f3ximo do eixo comercial Bravo Murillo e do centro financeiro AZCA.
