\n<li><strong>Prazo de 24 meses<\/strong>, com possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o por 12 meses<\/li>\n \n<li>Pagamento de capital e juros no vencimento<\/li>\n \n<li>Retorno m\u00ednimo equivalente a 18 meses de juros (15,75%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O empr\u00e9stimo contar\u00e1 com as seguintes garantias:<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hipoteca de primeiro
