O capital ser\u00e1 utilizado para <strong>refinanciar a d\u00edvida anterior<\/strong> e concluir o mobili\u00e1rio e equipamento do im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O empr\u00e9stimo oferece uma <strong>taxa fixa de 10% ao ano e um prazo inicial de 12 meses<\/strong>, com duas poss\u00edveis prorroga\u00e7\u00f5es de seis meses cada.
