Trata-se de um empr\u00e9stimo ponte para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um terreno destinado ao desenvolvimento de um projeto residencial de 69 habita\u00e7\u00f5es no bairro de Valdefierro.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>quarta-feira, 9 de julho, \u00e0s 16:00 h (UTC+2)<\/strong> realizaremos um <strong>webinar informativo<\/strong> com a Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos, o gestor do projeto, para esclarecer todas as d\u00favidas sobre este investimento.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Dada a elevada procura prevista, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 limitada a um <strong>m\u00e1ximo de 3.000 euros por investidor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um projeto residencial numa zona em expans\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O projeto <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/pt\/projeto\/P000380?utm_source=blog_pt&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0725&amp;utm_term=terrazas_de_biel_1&amp;utm_content=pt_proyecto_terrazas_de_biel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terrazas de Biel<\/a> consiste na concess\u00e3o de um <strong>empr\u00e9stimo no valor de 3.520.000 euros<\/strong>, com uma <strong>taxa de juro fixa anual de 10,5%<\/strong> e um prazo de <strong>18 meses sem possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. O empr\u00e9stimo servir\u00e1 para financiar parcialmente a compra de um terreno finalista atribu\u00eddo \u00e0 Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos no Setor U-57-6B de Valdefierro, Sarago\u00e7a. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o cobrir\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m parte dos custos de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o pendentes e os custos de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do empr\u00e9stimo.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O terreno, propriedade da Sareb, j\u00e1 se encontra com as obras de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o iniciadas, com cerca de 20% conclu\u00eddas. Uma vez finalizada a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto prev\u00ea a continua\u00e7\u00e3o das obras e o pedido da licen\u00e7a para o desenvolvimento de <strong>69 habita\u00e7\u00f5es multifamiliares em regime de cooperativa<\/strong>.
