Ser\u00e1 permitida a amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada total em qualquer momento, com um <strong>retorno m\u00ednimo garantido equivalente a 12 meses de juros.<\/strong> Prev\u00ea-se que a venda da moradia e o reembolso do empr\u00e9stimo concedido aos investidores da Urbanitae aconte\u00e7a <strong>no primeiro trimestre de 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O montante total do empr\u00e9stimo pode atingir at\u00e9 1.110.000 euros \u2013 caso seja necess\u00e1rio capital adicional durante a vida do projeto, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel ampliar o empr\u00e9stimo com investidores institucionais at\u00e9 ao montante de 235.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>O promotor do projeto <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/pt\/projeto\/P000363?utm_source=blog_pt&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0425&amp;utm_term=barbara_3&amp;utm_content=pt_proyecto_barbara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">B\u00e1rbara<\/a> compromete-se com um capital total de 1.250.000 euros no projeto. A compra da moradia ser\u00e1 formalizada a 15 de abril de 2025 e o in\u00edcio das obras est\u00e1 previsto para maio de 2025. A conclus\u00e3o das obras est\u00e1 estimada para novembro de 2025, sendo expect\u00e1vel a venda durante o primeiro trimestre de 2026.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>A comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o do ativo ser\u00e1 feita em exclusivo pela ag\u00eancia Promora.
