Segundo a consultora imobili\u00e1ria Savills, h\u00e1 mais de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savills.es\/publicaciones\/noticias\/359234-0\/espa%C3%B1a-lidera-la-prevision-de-proyectos-de-branded-residences-en-europa#:~:text=La%20previsi%C3%B3n%20de%20Savills%20es,deja%20de%20aumentar%2C%20seg%C3%BAn%20Savills.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1.300 projetos residenciais prime ligados<\/a> a grandes marcas em todo o mundo: mais de 690 projetos conclu\u00eddos e outros 600 que se prev\u00ea sejam entregues at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Espanha <\/strong>destaca-se como o <strong>pa\u00eds europeu com mais propriedades deste tipo em curso, <\/strong>acima de pa\u00edses como a Gr\u00e9cia e outros mercados como Fran\u00e7a ou Cro\u00e1cia. O nosso pa\u00eds conta atualmente com seis projetos conclu\u00eddos e 12 em curso (271 unidades conclu\u00eddas e 448 por construir).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As resid\u00eancias de marca geralmente operam em conjunto com marcas hoteleiras internacionais, mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas estas empresas que apostam neste neg\u00f3cio. Observa-se assim uma clara diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o com a entrada de marcas de moda, design, tecnologia, desporto e autom\u00f3veis, que expandem o panorama de investimento e compra. A maioria dos projetos est\u00e1 localizada em Marbella, Benahav\u00eds e Alcaidesa (C\u00e1diz) e est\u00e3o ligados a marcas premium como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejeprime.com\/residencial\/sierre-blanca-ingresa-250-millones-por-sus-branded-residences-con-dolcegabbanna-en-marbella\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dolce &amp; Gabbana<\/a>, Elie Saab, Fendi, Angsana, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Karl Lagerfeld ou Lamborghini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na capital, o desenvolvimento <a href=\"https:\/\/cincodias.elpais.com\/cincodias\/2021\/01\/19\/companias\/1611084200_762174.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Four Seasons Canalejas<\/a> revolucionou o conceito de habita\u00e7\u00e3o de luxo na capital e j\u00e1 tem um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idealista.com\/news\/inmobiliario\/vivienda\/2024\/02\/09\/810928-four-seasons-estudia-abrir-mas-branded-residences-en-el-barrio-de-salamanca-madrid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">novo projeto<\/a> \u00e0 vista para Madrid ap\u00f3s o sucesso deste \u00faltimo. As suas 22 resid\u00eancias privadas exclusivas foram vendidas em 2021 a uma m\u00e9dia de 18.000 euros e onde o recorde superou o montante total de 11 milh\u00f5es por uma penthouse. Outro dos grandes projetos de luxo na capital de Madrid, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/inmobiliario\/residencial\/2024-03-22\/casas-lujo-barrio-prime-salamanca-mercado_3852489\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mandarin Oriental Residences de Madrid<\/a>, no distrito de Salamanca, j\u00e1 vendeu praticamente todas as suas unidades com pre\u00e7os que chegam a superar os 25.000 euros por metro quadrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Previs\u00f5es de crescimento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o futuro, espera-se que o mercado das resid\u00eancias de marca continue a crescer, impulsionado pela demanda cont\u00ednua de propriedades de luxo e pela busca de experi\u00eancias de vida exclusivas. O relat\u00f3rio <strong>\u201cGlobal Branded Residences 2023\u201d, <\/strong>elaborado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.knightfrank.es\/blog\/2023\/07\/10\/las-branded-residences-creceran-el-55-hasta-2026\">Knight Frank<\/a>, prev\u00ea um crescimento a n\u00edvel global neste segmento de 55% at\u00e9 2026, com um <strong>aumento anual de 12% em novos projetos<\/strong>. O n\u00famero de projetos evoluir\u00e1 a dois d\u00edgitos anuais, com Ritz-Carlton e Four Seasons como operadores com maior quota de mercado na atualidade. Estes resultados confirmam que as resid\u00eancias de marca s\u00e3o um mercado em crescimento a n\u00edvel global. A Am\u00e9rica do Norte lidera em projetos, seguida pela \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico e Europa, onde ainda h\u00e1 uma ampla margem para o crescimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O aumento deste tipo de produto \u00e9
