S\u00f3 no nosso pa\u00eds, <strong>em 2017, o volume de investimento foi de 42 milh\u00f5es de euros, um aumento de 110%<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior. Uma tend\u00eancia que, segundo os especialistas, continuar\u00e1 nos pr\u00f3ximos anos. Uma op\u00e7\u00e3o de investimento que ganha adeptos mas que ainda continua a ser desconhecida para uma parte da sociedade. N\u00e3o entender bem o produto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o saber como funciona o processo de investimento e, em concreto, os prazos para rentabilizar e recuperar o dinheiro investido \u00e9 um erro muito comum ao realizar um primeiro investimento. Portanto, \u00e9 fundamental informar-se e ter claro qual \u00e9 a estrat\u00e9gia do projeto, que prazos tem de sa\u00edda e como te vai gerar dinheiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por exemplo, um projeto cujo objetivo \u00e9 gerar rentabilidade via rendas pode come\u00e7ar a dar-te dinheiro desde o primeiro m\u00eas de investimento (no caso da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um im\u00f3vel j\u00e1 arrendado, por exemplo). Mas, em geral, ter\u00e1 um prazo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do principal mais longo.
