Al\u00e9m disso, no subsolo h\u00e1 uma academia, sala de leitura, escrit\u00f3rio e espa\u00e7o de jogos. O jardim possui uma ampla piscina com \u00e1rea de estar, jantar e cozinha ao ar livre. O terreno \u00e9 de propriedade do promotor, adquirido livre de \u00f4nus; <strong>possui licen\u00e7a e as obras est\u00e3o avan\u00e7adas em 21%.<\/strong> O tramo B do empr\u00e9stimo destina-se a suportar os custos relacionados \u00e0 continua\u00e7\u00e3o da obra em andamento.<\/p><p>Casa Piemonte consiste no desenvolvimento de uma resid\u00eancia de luxo com seis quartos (quatro deles com closet), sete banheiros completos, dois lavabos e sala-cozinha. O terreno tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 livre de \u00f4nus, possui licen\u00e7a de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e <strong>as obras est\u00e3o atualmente em 20%.<\/strong> O tramo B do empr\u00e9stimo destina-se a continuar as obras em andamento.<\/p><h2>Retorno de 17% em 20 meses<\/h2><p><strong>O segundo tramo do empr\u00e9stimo, objeto do <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/pt\/projeto\/P000283?utm_source=blog_pt&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0424&amp;utm_term=projeto+cazorla+piemonte+ii&amp;utm_content=pt_proyecto_cazorla_piemonte_ii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projeto Cazorla-Piemonte II<\/a>, tem um valor de 2.676.500 euros e um prazo de 20 meses, oferecendo um retorno total de 16,7%.<\/strong><\/p><p>O valor total do empr\u00e9stimo \u00e9 de at\u00e9 7.480.000 euros e tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 24 meses. O promotor pode amortizar todo o empr\u00e9stimo a qualquer momento, desde que <strong>garanta um retorno m\u00ednimo equivalente a 24 meses de juros e comiss\u00f5es para o tramo A, 20 meses para o tramo B e 12 meses para o tramo C<\/strong>.
