Desses, devolvemos um total de 28 projetos, alcan\u00e7ando uma rentabilidade anual m\u00e9dia de 16,6% para nossos investidores. Este acordo representa um novo marco na hist\u00f3ria de nossa empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta Joint-Venture, a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urbanitae<\/a><\/strong> <strong>ter\u00e1 uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 80%<\/strong>, enquanto a <strong>Neinor atuar\u00e1 como s\u00f3cia gestora e ter\u00e1 os restantes 20%.<\/strong> Ela ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela supervis\u00e3o do design do projeto, concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as, comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Como parte do acordo, j\u00e1 come\u00e7amos a analisar em conjunto v\u00e1rias oportunidades de investimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00e9 o terceiro ve\u00edculo fechado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neinorhomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Neinor<\/a> em um per\u00edodo de apenas sete meses. Gra\u00e7as a este acordo, a Neinor j\u00e1 atingiu 60% da meta estabelecida em seu Plano Estrat\u00e9gico de 5 anos de \u20ac500 milh\u00f5es.
