font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">O Regulamento (UE) 2020\/1503 estabelece duas formas de ser considerado um investidor experiente:<\/p><ol><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Clientes profissionais de acordo com a MiFID II:<\/strong> Aqueles que j\u00e1 s\u00e3o considerados clientes profissionais de acordo com o anexo II, sec\u00e7\u00e3o I, pontos 1 a 4, da Diretiva 2014\/65\/UE (MiFID II), tais como institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, grandes empresas ou governos.<\/li><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pelo prestador de servi\u00e7os de crowdfunding:<\/strong> Pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas que, embora n\u00e3o sejam clientes profissionais sob a MiFID II, podem ser consideradas investidores experientes se atenderem a determinados crit\u00e9rios financeiros e de experi\u00eancia e solicitarem tal tratamento ao provedor de servi\u00e7os de crowdfunding.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Para <strong>pessoas jur\u00eddicas<\/strong>, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio atender a pelo menos um dos seguintes crit\u00e9rios:<\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ter recursos pr\u00f3prios de pelo menos 100.000 euros.<br>\u200b<\/li><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ter um volume de neg\u00f3cios l\u00edquido de pelo menos 2.000.000 euros.<br>\u200b<\/li><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ter um saldo de pelo menos 1.000.000 de euros.<br>\u200b<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">No caso das <strong>pessoas singulares<\/strong>, devem ser cumpridos pelo menos dois dos seguintes crit\u00e9rios:<\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Renda bruta pessoal de pelo menos \u20ac 60.000 por ano fiscal, ou uma carteira de instrumentos financeiros de mais de \u20ac 100.000.<br>\u200b<\/li><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ter trabalhado no setor financeiro por pelo menos um ano em um cargo que exija conhecimento das opera\u00e7\u00f5es ou servi\u00e7os previstos, ou ter ocupado um cargo executivo por pelo menos 12 meses em uma pessoa jur\u00eddica que atenda aos crit\u00e9rios acima para pessoas jur\u00eddicas.<br>\u200b<\/li><li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ter realizado opera\u00e7\u00f5es de volume significativo no mercado de capitais com uma frequ\u00eancia m\u00e9dia de 10 por trimestre durante os quatro trimestres anteriores.<br>\u200b<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">O pedido para ser tratado como investidor experiente deve incluir um certificado especificando os crit\u00e9rios atendidos, uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o de que o requerente est\u00e1 ciente das consequ\u00eancias da perda da prote\u00e7\u00e3o vinculada \u00e0 categoria de investidor n\u00e3o experiente e uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidade pela veracidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11c28c4 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11c28c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Aspectos-chave a considerar<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Menos prote\u00e7\u00e3o regulat\u00f3ria:<\/strong> Investidores experientes n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sujeitos a certas medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o que se aplicam a investidores n\u00e3o experientes, como testes de conhecimento ou avisos espec\u00edficos sobre riscos.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Acesso a oportunidades de investimento mais amplas:<\/strong> Ao serem considerados capazes de assumir riscos maiores, eles podem acessar uma gama mais ampla de projetos de crowdfunding sem as restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas a investidores inexperientes.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Validade tempor\u00e1ria da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> O estatuto de investidor experiente \u00e9 v\u00e1lido por dois anos, ap\u00f3s os quais deve ser renovado atrav\u00e9s de uma nova avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ser reconhecido como um investidor experiente permite que voc\u00ea acesse uma gama mais ampla de oportunidades de investimento em plataformas de crowdfunding, com menos restri\u00e7\u00f5es e maior flexibilidade. No entanto, essa categoria vem com menos prote\u00e7\u00e3o regulat\u00f3ria, o que implica que o investidor deve ter uma s\u00f3lida compreens\u00e3o dos riscos associados e a capacidade financeira de assumir poss\u00edveis perdas.
