Il prestito Urbanitae avr\u00e0 un\u2019ipoteca di primo grado sulle unit\u00e0 non oggetto di permuta.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Sabadell, con oltre 225.000 abitanti, \u00e8 uno dei principali nuclei urbani della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.es\/vivienda-inmobiliario\/noticias\/13759178\/02\/26\/la-inversion-inmobiliaria-llega-a-2100-millones-en-cataluna-pese-a-la-falta-de-vivienda.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Catalogna<\/a> e mantiene una crescita demografica costante, favorita anche dalla vicinanza a Barcellona e dalla buona connessione con l\u2019area metropolitana. La promozione si trova a meno di 2 km dal centro citt\u00e0 e a circa 40 minuti in auto da Barcellona.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22% di rendimento in 24 mesi<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019operazione \u00e8 strutturata come debito a tasso fisso. Il prestito totale arriva fino a 2.435.000 \u20ac, suddiviso in due tranche. <strong>In questa apertura verr\u00e0 finanziata la tranche A<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul mesi<\/li>\n \n<li><strong>Pagamento di interessi e capitale<\/strong>: a scadenza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il rimborso anticipato totale \u00e8 consentito in qualsiasi momento, con un minimo di 18 mesi di interessi.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garanzie del prestito<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il <a \n<li><strong>Cash-sweep al 100%<\/strong> dei proventi dalla vendita delle unit\u00e0 non permutate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019evento di rimborso atteso sar\u00e0 la vendita di circa le
