L\u2019edificio \u00e8 <strong>gi\u00e0 stato acquistato dal promotore<\/strong>, libero da vincoli e dispone di <strong>tutte le licenze e i permessi necessari<\/strong> per avviare i lavori. I lavori di demolizione parziale sono gi\u00e0 stati completati, quindi la ristrutturazione inizier\u00e0 nelle prossime settimane.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il progetto <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/proyecto\/P000426\/?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1125&amp;utm_term=san_jacinto_1&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_san_jacinto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">San Jacinto<\/a> \u00e8 stato <strong>venduto in anticipo<\/strong> a un operatore internazionale specializzato in ospitalit\u00e0 turistica, tramite un <strong>contratto chiavi in mano<\/strong>, suddiviso in cinque pagamenti differiti in base all\u2019avanzamento dei lavori e ai traguardi tecnici. Il <strong>primo pagamento<\/strong>, pari al <strong>40% del prezzo<\/strong>, \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato effettuato ed \u00e8 depositato in un <strong>conto garantito dalla banca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il nostro prestito fornir\u00e0 liquidit\u00e0 al promotore per avanzare i lavori, mantenendo <strong>tutte le garanzie del contratto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendimento del 9,75% in 12 mesi<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Gli investitori parteciperanno tramite la <strong>concessione di un prestito a tasso fisso<\/strong> fino a <strong>3.470.000 euro<\/strong>, strutturato in un\u2019unica tranche. Il prestito avr\u00e0 una <strong>durata iniziale di 12 mesi<\/strong>, con opzione di proroga di sei mesi, e gli <strong>interessi saranno pagati alla scadenza<\/strong>.
