Il finanziamento sar\u00e0 aperto <strong>mercoled\u00ec 22 ottobre alle 12:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>I locali si trovano in un edificio indipendente in Calle R\u00edo Duero 16, a soli due minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana Puerta del Sur, punto di collegamento con le linee 10 e 12 (Plaza de Espa\u00f1a e Metrosur). Il progetto \u00e8 particolarmente destinato a <strong>studenti per soggiorni di lunga durata<\/strong>, grazie all\u2019ottima connessione con le universit\u00e0 Rey Juan Carlos e Carlos III.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nove appartamenti<\/h2><p>Il prestito finanzier\u00e0 <strong>l\u2019acquisizione dei locali e lo sviluppo di nove appartamenti turistici<\/strong>, che il promotore manterr\u00e0 in propriet\u00e0 per la successiva gestione.<\/p><p>Il progetto viene gestito tramite <strong>dichiarazione responsabile<\/strong>, quindi non \u00e8 necessaria una licenza edilizia. Questo consente di iniziare i lavori subito dopo l\u2019acquisto dei locali, accelerando i tempi e riducendo i rischi associati.
