Il finanziamento si aprir\u00e0 domani, <strong>gioved\u00ec 25 settembre alle ore 16:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>, con un\u2019unica tranche di prestito.<br \/>Prima, <strong>gioved\u00ec alle ore 10:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>, terremo un <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_Xni5j7wKRHOEK8AXDBvcFw#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinar<\/a> con il gestore del progetto, Padi Gesti\u00f3n, per conoscere in prima persona tutti i dettagli dell\u2019operazione.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il progetto<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il progetto <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000401?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=villafranqueza_1&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_villafranqueza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Villafranqueza<\/a> consiste in un <strong>prestito ponte<\/strong> per finanziare parte del prezzo di acquisto di due terreni nel quartiere di Villafranqueza (Alicante) e coprire i costi di strutturazione. Il gestore integrer\u00e0 con fondi propri l\u2019importo restante e le spese associate.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Su questi lotti verr\u00e0 sviluppata una <strong>promozione residenziale di 67 abitazioni, 61 posti auto e 58 cantine<\/strong>, distribuite su piano terra pi\u00f9 tre piani e due sotterranei, con una <strong>superficie edificabile totale di 4.110 m\u00b2<\/strong>. Il progetto preliminare \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato presentato all\u2019ECUV (ente collaboratore urbanistico della Generalitat Valenciana) e si stima un termine di <strong>4\u20135 mesi<\/strong> per il rilascio del permesso di costruzione.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La zona dispone di un tessuto residenziale consolidato, servizi di base, buona connettivit\u00e0 con il centro di Alicante e prossimit\u00e0 immediata all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Alicante, a meno di 10 minuti in auto.
