Il finanziamento si aprir\u00e0 <strong>mercoled\u00ec 17 settembre alle ore 16:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>, con un <strong>ticket massimo di 5.000 \u20ac per investitore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nello stesso giorno, alle <strong>10:00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>, terremo un <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_SQYerkDQQqeADPcuX4HvWQ\">webinar<\/a> con il gestore per conoscere tutti i dettagli in prima persona.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un progetto residenziale a Barajas<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>progetto <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000393?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=geminis_1&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_geminis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G\u00e9minis<\/a><\/strong> ha come obiettivo l\u2019acquisizione di un terreno a Barajas e la preparazione dei primi lavori tecnici. Su questo lotto sar\u00e0 sviluppata una <strong>promozione di 44 abitazioni plurifamiliari<\/strong>, con lo stesso numero di posti auto e cantine. Il complesso sar\u00e0 distribuito su piano terra pi\u00f9 tre piani fuori terra e due piani interrati, per una edificabilit\u00e0 di <strong>3.415 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La zona si distingue per l\u2019<strong>eccellente connettivit\u00e0<\/strong>: a meno di 300 metri si trova la stazione della metropolitana Barajas (linea 8), che collega in pochi minuti con il centro di Madrid e l\u2019aeroporto Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Madrid-Barajas. Inoltre, il distretto dispone di tutti i servizi urbani, ampie aree verdi e un\u2019offerta consolidata di commercio e tempo libero. Questa combinazione rende Barajas un\u2019area molto attraente per il nuovo residenziale, dove l\u2019offerta disponibile \u00e8 attualmente molto limitata.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestore con esperienza<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il gestore dell\u2019operazione \u00e8 <strong>Behike Capital<\/strong>, azienda specializzata in nuova edilizia residenziale con <strong>oltre 25 anni di esperienza e pi\u00f9 di 1.500 abitazioni consegnate<\/strong> a Madrid e in altre citt\u00e0 spagnole. Attualmente sviluppa diversi progetti e ha gi\u00e0 collaborato con Urbanitae in operazioni precedenti, come il progetto <a
