Il <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000291?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=progetto+la+antilla+1&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_la_antilla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">progetto La Antilla<\/a> si trova in una zona chiamata El Catal\u00e1n, all&#8217;interno di una pineta <strong>vicino alla foce del fiume Piedras e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di La Antilla.<\/strong> L&#8217;area \u00e8 conosciuta per le sue spiagge incontaminate ed \u00e8 a meno di cinque minuti di auto dal centro urbano di La Antilla, che offre tutti i servizi.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda il promotore, collaboriamo nuovamente con Fenext, che ha recentemente finanziato il suo quarto progetto con noi. I primi due <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000072?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=progetti&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_la_antilla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">progetti<\/a>, a Cadice, <strong>hanno ottenuto rendimenti TIR superiori al 18% in entrambi i casi.<\/strong> Il terzo progetto, Cervantes, sta progredendo bene.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategia delle plusvalenze<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000291?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=progetto+la+antilla+2&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_la_antilla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">progetto La Antilla<\/a> ha una struttura di <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/it\/2024\/02\/21\/come-sono-i-progetti-di-plusvalenze-su-urbanitae\/?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=plusvalenze&amp;utm_content=it_proyecto_la_antilla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plusvalenze<\/a>. Gli investitori di Urbanitae e il promotore si assoceranno per acquistare un edificio esistente a La Antilla, sul quale verranno sviluppati 56 appartamenti con 1, 2 e 3 camere da letto \u2013 con una superficie costruita media di 88 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Pertanto, <strong>il budget del progetto ammonta a 3.172.500 euro.<\/strong> Fenext ha gi\u00e0 firmato un contratto di acquisto per l&#8217;attivo e ha versato il 5% del prezzo degli attivi.
