Un buon esempio di questo successo \u00e8 il <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/progetto\/P000103?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=progetto+huertos+70&amp;utm_content=it_caso_de_exito_huertos_70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Progetto Huertos 70<\/a>, una residenza a Nerja, nella provincia di Malaga. Situata vicino alla Playa de Carabeillo, la promozione si trova in un luogo unico, nel pieno centro del comune e a 700 metri dal famoso punto panoramico Balc\u00f3n de Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;operazione, in cui hanno creduto un totale di 234 investitori, \u00e8 stata lanciata a febbraio 2021 e consisteva nello sviluppo di un immobile composto da 17 appartamenti da 1 a 3 camere da letto, 39 posti auto e 7 cantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A capo del progetto c&#8217;era Eurogest Nerja Project Managers, una societ\u00e0 legata al Gruppo ADU e creata esclusivamente per questo sviluppo. Il Gruppo ADU, specializzato nella promozione di abitazioni e nella gestione di cooperative, debuttava allora come promotore di Urbanitae e, dopo i buoni risultati, ha nuovamente scelto la nostra piattaforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;associazione del promotore con gli investitori di Urbanitae si \u00e8 concretizzata in un prestito a tasso fisso del valore di 800.000 euro per l&#8217;esecuzione del progetto. Il terreno era gi\u00e0 di propriet\u00e0 del promotore e con questo capitale si \u00e8 estinta l&#8217;ipoteca che gravava su di esso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redditivit\u00e0: dal 15% al 19,8%<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il termine stimato era di 18 mesi, ma \u00e8 stato ritardato di quasi tre mesi a causa della dilatazione dei processi amministrativi con i fornitori di servizi del progetto. Tuttavia, la redditivit\u00e0 per l&#8217;investitore di <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/it\/?utm_source=blog_it&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0624&amp;utm_term=urbanitae&amp;utm_content=it_caso_de_exito_huertos_70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urbanitae <\/a>\u00e8 passata dal 15% stimato inizialmente al 19,8%, con un incremento di quasi cinque punti percentuali.
