Se sei alla ricerca di emozioni, prendi $ 800 e vai a Las Vegas. Ci sono due ragioni per cui questo \u00e8 vero. Il primo \u00e8 che \u00e8 molto difficile battere il mercato. La seconda, che a lungo termine si vince sempre.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ecco perch\u00e9 \u00e8 una buona idea iniziare presto, ad esempio, oggi. Poich\u00e9 a lungo termine il mercato sale sempre, se avessi iniziato a investire 20 anni fa oggi avresti moltiplicato i tuoi soldi. Nel crowdfunding immobiliare ci sono <strong>due tipi principali<\/strong> di progetti: quelli che seguono una strategia di plusvalenze (progetti <em>azionari)<\/em> e quelli che seguono una strategia di debito (progetti di prestito). C&#8217;\u00e8 una terza classe, che in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 una delle prime: i progetti di noleggio, che di solito sono strutturati tramite <em>equity.<\/em> Ma \u00e8 di questo che parleremo in un altro post.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>I progetti azionari<\/em> sono di solito rapidamente identificati dal loro termine. \u00c8 raro che scendano sotto i 20 mesi.
