Il se trouve \u00e9galement \u00e0 courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de D\u00e9nia et de son littoral.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La zone combine plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants pour le projet : un environnement naturel de qualit\u00e9, des infrastructures existantes, la proximit\u00e9 de services et une demande r\u00e9sidentielle li\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois aux acheteurs nationaux et internationaux.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le gestionnaire : Blauverd<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le gestionnaire du projet est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du groupe <strong>Blauverd<\/strong>, promoteur et constructeur avec plus de <strong>40 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> dans le d\u00e9veloppement de logements neufs dans la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le groupe dispose de sa propre entreprise de construction, qui assurera \u00e9galement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de ce projet. Cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment est important dans un programme de cette taille, car il permet un meilleur contr\u00f4le de la planification, des co\u00fbts et de l\u2019avancement des travaux.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le permis de construire du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 en <strong>mai 2026<\/strong>. Cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 son tour, proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 une augmentation de capital dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 promotrice du projet.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le vise \u00e0 aligner les int\u00e9r\u00eats des parties. L\u2019existence de ce financement senior renforce la viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re du projet. Elle permet aussi de structurer le d\u00e9veloppement d\u00e8s une phase initiale, avec une visibilit\u00e9 sur les principales sources de capital.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan commercial, le programme compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 <strong>21 unit\u00e9s r\u00e9serv\u00e9es<\/strong>, soit environ <strong>16 % du total<\/strong>, depuis le lancement commercial en f\u00e9vrier. La demande combine des profils d\u2019acheteurs nationaux et internationaux, align\u00e9s avec le type de produit et
