Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un immeuble d\u2019une surface construite totale de <strong>1 443 m\u00b2<\/strong>, r\u00e9partie entre un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, quatre \u00e9tages d\u2019appartements et un niveau de caves et de d\u00e9barras.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019immeuble comprend <strong>19 appartements<\/strong>, un <strong>local commercial de 192 m\u00b2<\/strong> ainsi que les espaces de stockage correspondants. En Espagne, le groupe exploite des actifs r\u00e9sidentiels et mixtes dans le centre de Madrid, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation dans les s\u00e9jours de courte et moyenne dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Il g\u00e8re actuellement un portefeuille de <strong>23 appartements<\/strong> situ\u00e9s dans des quartiers centraux de Madrid, notamment Las Letras et Salamanca.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un TRI pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de 14 % pour les investisseurs Urbanitae<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration est structur\u00e9e sous forme <strong>d\u2019augmentation de capital<\/strong>. Les investisseurs Urbanitae participeront via la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9hicule <strong>DIMORA PROPERTIES 5, S.L.<\/strong>, qui investira ensuite dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 promotrice du projet, <strong>LARCHMONT SPAIN, S.L.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019investissement total en fonds propres s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>4,5 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong>.
