Au total, <strong>les parcelles permettent la construction de 1 200 \u00e0 1 350 logements<\/strong>, ainsi que de locaux commerciaux.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant d\u2019un terrain d\u00e9j\u00e0 urbanis\u00e9, les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement achev\u00e9s et r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9s par la mairie en 2006, apr\u00e8s un investissement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 <strong>20 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong>. Les infrastructures sont actuellement op\u00e9rationnelles et en bon \u00e9tat de conservation.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Manjoya : l\u2019expansion r\u00e9sidentielle au sud d\u2019Oviedo<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019actif est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>La Manjoya<\/strong>, au sud d\u2019Oviedo, dans un environnement de faible densit\u00e9 et de ceinture verte, \u00e0 moins de dix minutes en voiture du centre-ville.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La zone b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute <strong>A-66<\/strong> ainsi que d\u2019une bonne connexion avec les services de sant\u00e9, les \u00e9tablissements scolaires et les principaux axes de communication.
