Les investisseurs Urbanitae participeront via la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9hicule <strong>BAYAZ PROPERTIES 4, S.L.<\/strong>, qui investira ensuite dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 promotrice du projet, <strong>COLINA METAF\u00d3RICA, LDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le ticket Urbanitae s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>2 000 000 d\u2019euros<\/strong> et la dur\u00e9e estim\u00e9e du projet est comprise entre <strong>32 et 36 mois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La structure convenue accorde aux investisseurs Urbanitae un <strong>TRI pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de 15 % par an<\/strong> sur les capitaux investis. Cela signifie que ni le promoteur ni ses partenaires ne pourront r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur investissement ou percevoir des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices tant que les investisseurs Urbanitae n\u2019auront pas
