Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019un des march\u00e9s les plus reconnus du tourisme de luxe en Italie, avec une forte demande de la part d\u2019acheteurs et de clients internationaux.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Cette localisation en premi\u00e8re ligne de mer conf\u00e8re au projet un positionnement diff\u00e9renciant dans le segment h\u00f4telier-r\u00e9sidentiel premium.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le gestionnaire du projet<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le gestionnaire de l\u2019<a id=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000471\/?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&amp;utm_term=operation&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_arianna\" href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000471\/?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&amp;utm_term=operation&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_arianna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" type=\"link\">op\u00e9ration<\/a> est <strong>Setha Group<\/strong>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019investissement et de promotion immobili\u00e8re avec plus de dix ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019identification, l\u2019acquisition et le d\u00e9veloppement de terrains <em>brownfield<\/em> au Royaume-Uni et en Italie.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Son fondateur et dirigeant, Manuel Alsoni, poss\u00e8de une solide exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur, avec plus de 20 projets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, un GDV (valeur brute de d\u00e9veloppement) cumul\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 milliard de livres sterling et plus de 1 000 unit\u00e9s livr\u00e9es entre Londres, le sud-est de l\u2019Angleterre et les principales villes italiennes.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Setha Group agit \u00e0 la fois comme promoteur et investisseur, ce qui lui permet de garder un contr\u00f4le direct sur la conception, l\u2019ex\u00e9cution et les co\u00fbts. b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un ensemble de garanties adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 sa structure mezzanine :<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nantissement de premier rang sur 100 % des
