La date limite pour finaliser l\u2019acquisition et verser le montant restant est fix\u00e9e au <strong>29 mai 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Au moment de la signature du pr\u00eat Urbanitae, l\u2019emprunteur aura investi plus de <strong>2,3 millions d\u2019euros de fonds propres<\/strong> dans le projet.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue urbanistique, le projet est en attente de l\u2019approbation d\u00e9finitive du <strong>Projet d\u2019Urbanisation<\/strong>, qui devrait \u00eatre obtenue apr\u00e8s la conclusion d\u2019un accord avec le Minist\u00e8re des Transports et de la Mobilit\u00e9 Durable concernant plusieurs acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute.
