L\u2019h\u00f4tel, construit en 2010 et r\u00e9nov\u00e9 et agrandi en 2021, dispose de 140 chambres et est exploit\u00e9 par le Groupe Barcel\u00f3 sous la marque Occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019actif est situ\u00e9 en front de mer, sur une falaise offrant une vue sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an et l\u2019\u00eele de Tenerife, dans l\u2019environnement du parc naturel de Tamadaba. Il comprend \u00e9galement des restaurants, un bar, un spa, une piscine, un centre d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements et un parking souterrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une op\u00e9ration de dette avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 14 %<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet \u00e9tait structur\u00e9 sous la forme d\u2019un pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux fixe, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel convenu de <strong>14 %<\/strong> et une dur\u00e9e estim\u00e9e de <strong>22 mois<\/strong>. Toutefois, le <strong><a
