Dans cette op\u00e9ration, <strong>17 % du prix de vente de chaque unit\u00e9 est affect\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9 au remboursement du pr\u00eat<\/strong>, via des ordres de paiement irr\u00e9vocables devant notaire.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le projet compte actuellement <strong>8 unit\u00e9s pr\u00e9commercialis\u00e9es<\/strong>. Selon le plan, la <strong>vente suppl\u00e9mentaire de 34 unit\u00e9s<\/strong> permettrait de couvrir le remboursement total du capital et des int\u00e9r\u00eats sur la dur\u00e9e de 24
