<strong>quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle <strong>tranche C<\/strong> servira \u00e0 financer les travaux restants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ach\u00e8vement du projet, y compris des am\u00e9liorations des finitions et des \u00e9quipements des logements.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le projet Jacaranda III est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par <strong>Influence Property<\/strong>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la promotion et la conception immobili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe dispose d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement
