Mais il y a une autre dimension de notre impact qui m\u00e9rite aussi d\u2019\u00eatre racont\u00e9e en termes d\u2019<strong>offre de logements<\/strong>. \u00c0 ce jour, nous avons apport\u00e9 un financement pour impulser <strong>plus de 1 400 logements b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un type de protection publique en Espagne<\/strong>, un volume qui repr\u00e9sente <strong>plus de 17 %<\/strong> de l\u2019ensemble des logements dont nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 lancer la construction depuis le d\u00e9but de notre activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/fr\/2025\/08\/24\/penurie-de-logements-un-probleme-mondial-qui-depasse-lespagne\/?utm_source=blog_fr&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0326&#038;utm_term=le_manque_doffre&#038;utm_content=fr_financiamos_1400_vp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le manque d\u2019offre<\/a> est structurel, le logement prot\u00e9g\u00e9 constitue une part importante de la solution. Et pour que cette solution arrive \u00e0 temps, il faut un \u00e9l\u00e9ment aussi basique que d\u00e9cisif : le <strong>financement<\/strong>. Notre exp\u00e9rience montre qu\u2019il existe aussi une place pour quelque chose de compl\u00e9mentaire : un <strong>capital priv\u00e9 canalis\u00e9 avec rigueur<\/strong>, capable d\u2019activer des projets n\u00e9cessaires et de les ex\u00e9cuter avec discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons constat\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es, il est possible de concilier l\u2019impulsion d\u2019un logement plus accessible avec des structures d\u2019investissement professionnalis\u00e9es et des objectifs de rentabilit\u00e9 clairs pour l\u2019investisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape s\u2019inscrit dans une croissance soutenue : Urbanitae a financ\u00e9 des projets pour une valeur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 <strong>610 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong> et a contribu\u00e9
