dette<\/strong> dans lequel les investisseurs d\u2019Urbanitae accorderont un <a cas de remboursement anticip\u00e9.<\/p><p>La sortie des investisseurs est pr\u00e9vue via la vente des actifs une fois les travaux termin\u00e9s \u00e0 un op\u00e9rateur ou un investisseur, ou, alternativement, via un refinancement bancaire si le gestionnaire choisit de conserver les immeubles et de les exploiter en revenus locatifs.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garanties du
