En raison de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat manifest\u00e9 par les investisseurs, le gestionnaire nous a autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 augmenter l\u2019op\u00e9ration de 1,5 M\u20ac suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les investisseurs Urbanitae apporteront <strong>2 000 000 \u20ac<\/strong> via une augmentation de capital.<\/p><p>Le promoteur co-investira <strong>875 000 \u20ac<\/strong> en fonds propres, assurant un alignement d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats. Le financement des travaux sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 via une solution de financement alternatif, avec des propositions d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7ues de deux entit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Une structure de r\u00e9partition est mise en place avec un <strong>retour pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de 17% de TRI pour les investisseurs d\u2019Urbanitae<\/strong>.
