L\u2019implantation profite de la topographie naturelle du terrain en orientant les logements vers la c\u00f4te et l\u2019embouchure du fleuve Piedras, afin de maximiser l\u2019apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle, les vues d\u00e9gag\u00e9es et l\u2019usage des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La promotion se situe \u00e0 la <strong>cote la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du secteur \u201cEl Rompido Oeste\u201d<\/strong>, au contact de phases r\u00e9sidentielles d\u00e9j\u00e0 consolid\u00e9es.
