Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet de dette immobili\u00e8re avec un <strong>taux fixe de 9,5 % par an<\/strong> et une <strong>dur\u00e9e estim\u00e9e de 8,5 mois<\/strong>, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 couvrir la phase finale de construction et les co\u00fbts annexes restants.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ouverture du projet : mardi 9 d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 12h00 (UTC+1)<\/strong><\/li>\n \n<li><strong>Montant maximum par investisseur : 10 000 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Ce volet compl\u00e8te le financement obtenu pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment en f\u00e9vrier 2024 (tranche A) et d\u00e9cembre 2024 (tranche B), ce qui signifie que de nombreux investisseurs d\u2019Urbanitae connaissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019actif, son \u00e9volution et l\u2019historique du gestionnaire.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travaux ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s \u00e0 90 %<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00eat Urbanitae est structur\u00e9 via la tranche C, pour un montant maximum de <strong>975 000 \u20ac<\/strong>, qui permettra :<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De finaliser la construction de la villa (actuellement environ <strong>90 % achev\u00e9e<\/strong>)<\/li>\n \n<li>De couvrir certains co\u00fbts annexes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la phase finale du projet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La tranche A, financ\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2024, a permis de refinancer l\u2019achat du terrain et les premiers co\u00fbts de construction. La tranche B, financ\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2024, a poursuivi le financement de la construction et des co\u00fbts g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.
