Il comprendra <strong>12 appartements de une \u00e0 quatre chambres<\/strong>, certains avec balcon ou terrasse.<\/p><p>La <strong>fin des travaux est pr\u00e9vue au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2026<\/strong>, et <strong>5 des 12 unit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 vendues<\/strong>.<\/p><p>L\u2019actif est situ\u00e9 dans un emplacement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, \u00e0 seulement 2 minutes \u00e0 pied de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Pavie et \u00e0 20 minutes du Polyclinique San Matteo, l\u2019un des principaux centres hospitaliers du nord de l\u2019Italie. Un remboursement anticip\u00e9 est possible, toujours avec un <strong>rendement minimum \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 neuf mois d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les fonds destin\u00e9s aux travaux
