Le financement ouvrira le <strong>mercredi 22 octobre \u00e0 12h00 (UTC+2)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les locaux se trouvent dans un immeuble ind\u00e9pendant au Calle R\u00edo Duero 16, \u00e0 seulement deux minutes de la station de m\u00e9tro Puerta del Sur, point de connexion avec les lignes 10 et 12 (Plaza de Espa\u00f1a et Metrosur). Le projet est particuli\u00e8rement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019h\u00e9bergement longue dur\u00e9e pour \u00e9tudiants<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 d\u2019excellentes connexions avec les universit\u00e9s Rey Juan Carlos et Carlos III.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neuf appartements<\/h2><p>Le pr\u00eat financera <strong>l\u2019acquisition des locaux et le d\u00e9veloppement de neuf appartements touristiques<\/strong>, que le promoteur conservera en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour leur exploitation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p><p>Le projet est trait\u00e9 par <strong>d\u00e9claration responsable<\/strong>, donc aucune autorisation de travaux n\u2019est requise.
